First of all, let's get rid of the habit of wrinkling your eye strength and forehead.
When you meditate, thoughts come out consistently.
This is normal.
The important thing is to follow the correct procedure when you meditate in Zen.
It is about trying to achieve from the closest goal.
It is not to rush to achieve the final goal.
It's because the stage is well-founded for progress and growth.
Please try the stage in front of you.
Continuation of the challenge is the process by which you can calm down and meditate.
As a result, you will be able to calm down and meditate.
You will not make excessive thinking.
You will not be emotional.
You can stay calm.
And you will be able to concentrate on your breathing.

The first step in Zen Meditation is to relax your eyes and relax your forehead.
When you relax your eyes, the skin on your forehead naturally stretches.

It isn't true concentration to put the effort into your eyes.

感情的にならず、考え込むことなく、冷静でいられます。

そして、呼吸に集中できるようになります。


まず最初の禅の瞑想の目標は、眼に力を入れ、おでこにシワを入れる習慣を取り除くことがよいでしょう。


眼に力を入れた集中は、本当の集中ではありません。

眼に力を入れると、闘争心があるように感じるかもしれません。

闘争心があることは、強くなってよいと感じるかもしれません。

しかし、それは勘違いです。
